The organ appeal was completed in the Summer of 2006 and we are very grateful to all those who contributed in any way; in particular to Mr Christopher Davidge whose beautiful house not only acted as a repository for the new Chancel Organ, but so generously donated towards the project.
At the same timeWe now have a new Ring of ten Bells, and many individuals and groups made this possible; we are particularly grateful to the Peterborough Diocesan Guild of Bellringers and a locally based charitable trust.
The new Chancel Organ and Ring of Bells were dedicated by our Provincial Episcopal Visitor, The Rt. Revd. Keith Newton, Bishop of Richborough, on All Saints' Day 2006.
A legacy from a former Churchwarden, Mr John Bennett, enabled us to begin in February 2008 the Vestry project. We are now looking for funding for the new lavatories, so important for our continued existance as a place of welcome and refuge.
If you would like to make a donation to this project, please contact the Treasurer, Mrs Jill Davidge on (01604) 890204.
